Fair - Financial Affair is a Concept UI design for personal wealth App to connect and synchronize all finances together to allow users to track their expenses, incomes, transactions, budgets, bills and generate reports.
The groundwork on which everything is built: the brand. I began by drawing out a lot of rough ideas and used those to narrow down to a concept that aligns with the vision of the App.
Montserrat really shines for short pieces of all caps and the geometric simplicity of the letters. It is basically the one that suits all and creates a feeling of trust.
Blue is the color of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. The white space gives a clean and light feel. This is especially valuable in a financial site because research has shown that more white space increases trust.
Each icon follows the rules of geometry for visual appeal and consistency. I wanted simple, visual elements that are recognized and understood immediately
I started with a basic idea in mind. Something I can picture, feel, and began the illustration process with sketches and rough concepts. After selecting a few I started to put them together to build the onboarding designs.
Analytical UI Elements
Analytical designs provide the user with at-a-glance information used for analysis and decision making. They are less time-sensitive and not focused on immediate action. The primary goal of this kind of UI element is to help users make the best sense of the data, analyze trends and drive decision making.
01. Onboarding Screens
The onboarding screens help set users expectations of the app. To introduce the app and demonstrate what is does I designed onboarding screens
02. Dashboard/Home screen
The mobile dashboard is designed to monitor and view the net worth, cash, credit cards, investments, loans, assets, credit score, budget, tips, and tricks from blogs and more. It offers ease of access through mobile devices, on the go, with critical metrics displayed at-a-glance.
03. Navigation and Menu
The hamburger menu makes it easier to view menu options. On selecting the cash menu, all the information on accounts is displayed in analytical visual elements along with income, expense, and list of detailed transactions for each account.
Additional features on the menu are designed in a clear and organized manner to help users navigate with ease. Budget, bills and financial advisor are some of the features that I designed.
